Problem
Ride booking apps need to handle many actions in a simple way, such as choosing pickup and drop-off locations, selecting ride types, applying promo codes, managing payments, tracking requested rides, cancelling trips, viewing receipts, and managing account settings. If the flow is not clear, users may feel confused while booking or managing a ride.
Solution
Designed the Gozy mobile app with a complete ride booking experience including home screen, destination search, pickup direction, choose ride screen, promo and voucher flow, payment options, ride request status, cancellation flow, activity history, receipt screen, wallet, account info, business profile, safety settings, and rental/hourly trip booking.
