Problem

Waste collection teams often struggle to identify which bins need urgent emptying, which containers have problems, and which locations require action. Manual reporting, unclear bin status, missed battery alerts, and scattered container data can lead to delayed collections, overflowing bins, inaccurate reports, and inefficient field operations.

Solution

Designed a smart bin collector app that helps field teams monitor bin fill levels, view forecast data, track assigned containers, report emptying, record bottle quantities, report problems, update new locations, and manage past actions from one mobile platform. The app makes collection work faster, clearer, and more accurate.
