What are the inputs and data the client needs to provide?
To kickstart a UI/UX design project, I typically need the following inputs from clients:
- Business Goals & Objectives: What you want the website or app to achieve.
- Brand Guidelines: Logos, colors, fonts, and overall style preferences(If you have).
- Target Audience: Who your users are and their needs.
- Content & Assets: Text, images, videos, and other media.
- Feature Requirements: Specific functionalities or integrations needed.
- Reference Examples: Websites or apps you like for inspiration.
- Providing these helps me create a design that aligns perfectly with your vision and delivers a seamless user experience.
What are the tools you use for UI/UX design?
- There are a multitude of tools designers use in various stages of UX design. Our team typically use the following
- User Research - Hotjar, Usabilla
- Design - Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Sketch
- Project Management - Clickup, Basecamp, Miro, Notion, Trello
How much does it cost to design a website or an application?
- There are multiple factors influencing the cost of a UX design project. The factors include scope and scale of the project, nature of the project (starting from scratch, revamping existing design), platforms (mobile, web, TV, kiosk), technology involved, and design services included (user research, interviews, testing) and delivery deadline to name a few.
- It's difficult to provide a number upfront without understanding the requirements and full scope of the project. I usually charge $22 to $30 per hour based on the complexity and size of the project.
What kind of designs services are you provide?
I provide end-to-end UI/UX design services for websites, mobile apps, and digital products(SaaS). This includes user research, wireframes, interactive prototypes, visual design, and responsive interfaces, everything needed to create seamless, engaging, and high-converting digital experiences.
Why would I choose a freelancer over Design Studio?
Hmm. Good question.
As a Client, you work directly with the designer, no middle layers so communication is faster, decisions are clearer, and execution is more aligned with your vision. You also get senior-level attention on your project, flexible engagement, and cost efficiency.
What are the UX design deliverables?
UX design deliverables include user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes. Everything is developer-ready, scalable, and aligned with user needs and business goals.
Why UI/UX design is important for your business?
Great UI/UX design transforms your website or app into an intuitive, engaging experience that keeps users coming back. It builds trust, boosts conversions, and turns casual visitors into loyal customers, making design a key driver for business growth.
Does you design custom websites & Application?
Absolutely! Every website and application I design is fully custom, built to match your unique business goals and target audience. I don’t do templates or “one-size-fits-all” solutions, each project is crafted from scratch, with design, functionality, and user experience tailored specifically to your brand.
Will I receive support for my projects?
Of course, you will! I don’t simply acquire clients, I build lifelong relationships. Anytime you need any assistance, just drop us a line!
Which engagement model should I choose from: fixed price, monthly, or hourly basis?
Feel free to choose anything that suits you! Usually people opt for fixed price when the projects are small or when the scope of work is well-defined. For other projects, like large application designs, some opt for hourly-basis while others go for fixed price. Monthly-basis projects are usually the ones that require work on a weekly or daily basis for at least 3 months. In case of fixed price projects, I split the work into milestones, so it becomes easy to keep track of things.
How do you onboard new clients?
My onboarding process is simple and transparent, starting with a quick conversation to understand your goals, followed by a clear project flow, milestones, and a well-defined scope. I’m comfortable signing NDAs and make sure all questions are clarified upfront, so we can move forward smoothly and confidently.
What can I expect from a website or application design project?
Glad you asked! For a website, and especially for an application, I first go for a ground level, but thorough, knowledge on the project, and then quickly seek the user flow. Sometimes the client provides me with the user flow and sometimes I create it. The next thing you’d be expecting from me is a wireframe, followed by the design and finally, a grand-looking, clickable prototype along with a style guide.
